This year Fab Slabs have been working with celebrity chef Matt Golinski to create a range of boards that are practical, ideal for serving, food preparation and presentation and beautiful in design and feature.
We met Matt years ago and he started using one of our Fab Slabs boards back then. Here is what Matt had to say:

The Golinksi range went live on our website last Friday and the products were used by Matt last weekend at the Chinchilla Melon Festival. Already these items are proving to be incredibly popular
The new range of Golinski boards consists of:
The Golinski paddle – This is a smaller sized paddle board ideal for serving individual serves of cheese, pate, olives etc. These paddles also fit together (tessellate) to make one large board for the middle of the table. This is ideal as a trivet or large food presentation feature.

The Golinski Range Pack – the pack consists of three rectangular boards all with square edges (unlike the Fab Slabs range with rounded edges). These boards can be used individually or pushed together to make one extra long (99cms) feature board or a more square shaped board measuring 54 cm x 45cm. These are really stylish and make a real feature in the kitchen.
The Golinski block – I have to admit these are my favourite. At 55mm thick these are the thickest boards we have ever made. We only had time to make a few of these for the Melon Festival last weekend and we sold out in no time. These are a real feature in any kitchen.
