Shipping Policy

We ship with Star Track and Aramex from Sunshine Coast Australia. Please note that we can only deliver to a street address and not a PO BOX or Locked Box. The Couriers will deliver to a residential address provided your authority is given to leave the products if there is no one at home to sign for the shipment.

In most cases, shipment orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 – 4 business days of receipt of the order – shipping time is an additional 1-7 business days from the dispatch date
